The Relationship Management team provides a point of contact for sector stakeholders and facilitates engagement with ATEC business teams.
Working across ATEC, the team develops and guides ATEC's approach to stakeholder engagement, ensuring engagement activities are coordinated, consistent and aligned with strategic priorities. This includes developing the whole-of-ATEC stakeholder engagement strategy, supporting governance arrangements and strategic partnerships, providing guidance on engagement practices, and overseeing systems and processes that strengthen stakeholder relationships.
The team also works to enhance organisational capability by promoting effective engagement practices, supporting information sharing and continuous improvement, and helping ATEC engage collaboratively with stakeholders to advance its objectives for Australia's tertiary education system.
